The Letter of Determination of Nikita Mirzani as a Suspect in the Case of Violation of the ITE Law Spreads

Jadigini – Several police officers on Wednesday (15/06) at around 03.00 WIB raided Nikita Mirzani’s residence, this happened after Nikita Mirzani was reported for violating the ITE Law and defamation by Nindy Ayunda’s lover, Dito Mahendra.

After the police officers who were in charge of Nikita Mirzani’s residence left the location at around 11.45 WIB. Nikita Mirzani and his attorney Fahmi Bahmi visited the Serang City Police at 15.00 WIB.

Not yet finished there, Nikita Mirzani was surprised by journalists’ questions about the truth of the news that his status was a suspect in a defamation case.

One of the journalists showed a letter naming Nikita Mirzani as a suspect, with letter number S.Tap/56/VI/RES.2.5/2022/Reskrim, which was signed by Kasatreskrim Polresta Serang City AKP David Adhi Kusuma on June 13, 2022 and has an official stamp .

“On the 13th, I just found out about this. How did you get this letter out? Because I also have a letter, but what date was it sent? Just today? But the date is the 13th. I also have a (letter) on the 13th but as a witness, it was sent on the 10th.” Nikita Mirzani explained as he showed the letter he had to reporters.

Responding to this commotion, the Banten Police suspect that there are unscrupulous officers who deliberately spread the letter of determination.

The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Shinto Silitonga, said that an internal investigation was being carried out.

In line with Kombes Shinto, Plt Wakapolresta Serang City, AKBP Wahyu Imam admitted that he would find out the party who distributed the stipulation letter, and emphasized that Nikita was still a witness, and had not been named a suspect in the case reported by Dito Mahendra.

How did Nikita Mirzani’s feud with Dito Mahendra start?

Dito Mahendra’s photo was posted on Nikita’s social media with the caption,

“This is the face of the person who is suspected of holding and brutally beating the former driver of the rice field,” wrote Nikita.

Nikita Mirzani wants the case that dragged Nindy Ayunda’s lover to be investigated thoroughly.

“We’ve billed it, but that’s how it is. Hopefully, the lady can blow up our case because she always brings the police backing,” said AK.

“You don’t need a lot of style, you rent a private plane. But can’t pay. Wow that guy’s right.” Nikita wrote.
