Artist Gossip – The latest news comes from Kartika Putri. The wife of Habib Usman bin Yahya reportedly went to the Bogor Resort Police along with his brother, Adit, to make a report.
The report relates to allegations of embezzlement of land assets belonging to his late mother. According to Kartika, there are many cases that can be reported to the police regarding this matter.
“Making reports related to allegations of embezzlement, forgery, and escape is also possible, yes, escaping certificates,” explained Kartika Putri when she was met at the Bogor Resort Police, Cibinong, Bogor, on Wednesday (13/7/2022).
The Origin of Kartika Putri Realizes Her Mother’s Land Assets Are Embezzled
On the same occasion, the woman who is often called Karput also explained the chronology of herself and her family realizing that her late mother’s assets were embezzled.
“Yesterday, it was as if Qadrullah had been given instructions for one year after he died. We gather at his house, then we want to share his actual clothes. At first, I wanted to share the goods, maybe it would be useful to share with those around me,” said Karput, starting the story.
At that moment, he and his brother realized that the certificate of one of the houses in Cibubur was not in its storage area.
“We just realized that the position of the certificate, one of the house assets in Cibubur, was not in its proper place,” Karput continued.
After realizing this, he and his two brothers immediately coordinated to find the location of the certificate storage.
“The three of us are heirs, so we communicate, ‘You know what?’. I don’t know and I don’t know. From there, we began to realize that we had lost the certificate,” Kartika continued.
After that, Karput and his brother suspected that the certificate was misused because they found a power of attorney to buy and sell in the names of him and his brother. In fact, they admitted that they did not feel like making the letter.
“Then, it is suspected that there are individuals who misuse the certificate. And the surprise again, after we investigated amicably, there was already a power of attorney to sell on behalf of the three of us. The three of us have never made one,” said Karput.
Kartika Putri also once reported that she suspected the embezzlement was carried out by someone closest to her house. Even though he was suspicious, he chose not to mention the person suspected of being the embezzler.
Seven People Reported Involved In Embezzlement Case
Until now, it is reported that as many as 7 people were reported by Kartika Putri and her brother related to the embezzlement of her mother’s land assets. They consist of 2 notaries and 5 other people suspected of being involved in the case.
Despite mentioning the number of suspected individuals, Kartika did not want to mention his name before investigators carried out further investigations. The seven people are suspected of working together to falsify the deed of sale and purchase of house certificates in the name of Kartika Putri and her two other siblings.
“There are several related (people) who have been reported,” said Adit, Kartika Putri’s sister.
According to Adit, the five people who were reported were suspected of assisting two notaries in carrying out their actions. Given the many people involved in it, both Karput and Adit believe that this is the work of an irresponsible land mafia.
“There are several, because we have reported two notaries. There were five people suspected of helping him. So that’s a lot,” continued Adit.

Kartika considers this a highly organized crime because it is committed by many people. In fact, he and his brother were not at all aware that the land certificate belonging to his mother was used as collateral by the perpetrators.
“That’s why (the reason) I dare say this is a land mafia. Because, as a professional, they have done this (embezzlement),” said Kartika.
Kartika Putri and Family Have Tried the Family Path
Before finally visiting the Bogor Resort Police, Kartika and her brother had tried family paths to solve this problem. Unfortunately, this did not get the goodwill of the reported party.
“This month we have warned, one, two, up to three ignored,” said Adit.
Until finally Kartika Putri and her brother chose to take legal action to resolve the case.
