The big family of the comedian as well as the leading presenter of his day discovered the fact that former lawyer Dorce Gamalama embezzled the estate of the deceased. The former lawyer with the initials AM is suspected of embezzling certificates.

Dorce Gamalama’s Family Reports Lawyer Initials AM

“I, as the legal representative of Mr. Alizar, made a written complaint to the Bekasi Metro Police. Regarding the issue of a letter in the form of a certificate which until now has never been returned by an individual lawyer with the initials AM,” said Husny Tanjung, who is also the legal representative of Dorce Gamalama’s biological family.

Through his statement on the Cumicumi YouTube channel, Friday, April 22, 2022, it is known that his party has submitted an application for the return of Dorce Gamalama’s certificate of ownership located in Lubang Buaya. They have submitted a letter of application since March 9, 2022, but the lawyer with the initials AM has not heeded it.

There is no good faith

Husny explained that his party had repeatedly submitted requests and clarifications regarding the letter in question. “Until now, that’s why the brother of the late Dorce concluded that AM did not have good faith when he received the certificate,” he continued.

This assumption is not without reason. This is because there are many witnesses who also saw the late Dorce Gamalama hand over the securities to AM. The family also believes that what AM did can be categorized as a crime.

“On November 11, 2021, it is clear that the letter was handed over to AM. And that’s a lot of witnesses who saw. Because we have been warned from the start to ask for it to be returned because we are heirs. So, it is not him who has the right to hold it but the heirs,” Husny continued, explaining the problem of the late Dorce’s chaotic property.

Past 40 Days

Dorce Gamalama’s family has just collected AM’s promise, because previously the lawyer promised to discuss the certificate in question 40 days after the deceased’s departure. However, until now there is no more clarity from AM.

“Ever since he said that every 40 days, I don’t know how many days, in fact, there are none. It means that we have been lied to all this time. How can there be like this. The family also feels this is a joke whether he has a will or not,” said Husny.

Adopted children

The dispute over the estate of the late Dorce Gamalama did not only involve AM’s lawyer. Previously, the adopted son of the late Dorec, Dedi Yuliardi Sahadi, also had an argument with the family because he did not want to read the deceased’s will.

Regarding this case, Dorce’s family also admitted that they had been very patient. “We have been patient, how come we are waiting for you (the discussion). Don’t underestimate us. Then it’s as if you said we abused, what did we abuse? Try to prove it,” explained Mimi, Dorce’s nephew when giving a statement in the Tomang area, West Jakarta, Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

Not only certificates, there is also gold

It is known that the inheritance left by the late Dorce Gamalama is not only in the form of land certificates. Another valuable item in the form of gold that is currently in the gold shop is also up for grabs.

“Apparently the deceased’s treasure is not only in the form of land, but in the form of some gold currently in the gold shop. We have only known this since there were noises from adopted children asking to be returned to the gold that had been redeemed by the late, “explained Husny again on YouTube Cumicumi.

On the same occasion, the lawyer for the Dorce family also explained that the value of the gold was quite large. Namely, about 20 million rupiah.

However, until now there has been no confirmation to Dorce’s family from either the adopted son or AM’s lawyer.

“This can be indicated by this public fraud. So we as the power of the same family feel harassed. Why are people playing with the dead? If there is wealth, share it, if it is not finished, that’s right,” said Husny.

Donation

In addition to the inheritance, Dorce’s biological family also asked for clarity regarding the donations intended for the deceased so far. They said they did not know anything about the donation.

“We don’t know how much the donation is, we don’t know who gave it until now. ATMs, cellphones, all of them are held by their adopted children or have been held by AM, I don’t know either. Because yesterday I asked for a photo of the death card, they said it was with their lawyer,” said Alizar, brother of the late Dorce Gamalama who was also present with Husny’s lawyer.
